Integer is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join our agency! The Staff Accountant is responsible for the integrated management of client-related financials. They will act as a key liaison between agency departments for all financial items associated with the completion, tracking and reporting of client projects. What You'll Do in This Role:

Integer is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join our agency! The Staff Accountant is responsible for the integrated management of client-related financials. They will act as a key liaison between agency departments for all financial items associated with the completion, tracking and reporting of client projects.
- Execute and manage the monthly billing and processes, including the reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Oversee the reconciliation of jobs and assure all issues and open items resolved when job is closed.
- Manage client-required reporting including travel spend, out-of-pocket expenses and year-end accruals.
- Assist controller with internal/external audits
- Understanding of full cycle account including journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage working capital on assigned clients and provide weekly update report.
- Recognizes and helps resolve financial problems and questions through smart decision-making, or by escalating issues when appropriate.
- Fulfill ad hoc job-related financial requests.
- Manage client and job set up structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years Agency finance or accounting experience.
- Self-starter who is detail and deadline oriented
- Strong analytic and project management skills
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other agency employees
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to interact effectively with diverse teams
- Understanding of graphic design, digital and production processes helpful
- Ability to work overtime with little or no advance notification
- PC or Mac Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience
- Knowledge of D365 is a plus
The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire: $65,000 - $75,000/annually.
