Job Summary:
This role will help clients gain insight and context to their complex operating environments and provide services and technology to assess and optimize their existing security platforms to meet the client’s security operation needs. Our Sr. Security Architect - Identity - Stratascale will also serve as a mentor to other consultants within the practice discipline.
The Sr. Security Architect - Identity - Stratascale will serve as a subject matter expert in supporting and delivering practice focused solutions to our customers.
This role will help clients gain insight and context to their complex operating environments and provide services and technology to assess and optimize their existing security platforms to meet the client’s security operation needs. Our Sr. Security Architect - Identity - Stratascale will also serve as a mentor to other consultants within the practice discipline.
This position will report to the Director, Identity Services within Stratascale and will be a remote position.

Include, but are not limited to:
- Provide expertise on IAM products and services to our customers
- Proactively identify customer needs and requirements through data, customer engagement and other methods to recommend appropriate solutions and service opportunities
- Stay educated on new product technology, tangential team capabilities, and other specific offerings or programs emerging within our company and within the practice industry
- Identify areas for continued advancement of strategies aligned with Industry direction, client need, practice scope and present solutions to leadership
- Execute consulting projects by creating deliverables, completing project deliverables successfully, and ensuring client needs and practice obligations are met successfully
- Provide subject matter expertise on IAM specific platforms to help customers design and implement solutions such as but not limited to: IAM, CIAM, PAM, MFA, and IGA.
- Manage and guide the practice members and engage with customers who are looking for subject matter expertise and projects in the following industry architecture areas: Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero Trust (ZT)
- Participate in the development of cross practice training or delegate trainings to team members on practice discipline capability, associated offerings, industry positioning and selling strategies
- Collaborate with peer practice leaders to develop and optimize cross practice capabilities as appropriate
- Serve as a subject matter expert in designing, architecting, and delivering solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7+ years client-facing experience working on complex Identity focused projects and solutions services
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing complex solutions delivery on time and successfully
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing and reporting on multiple service delivery opportunities and ongoing projects
- Strong fundamental understanding of technical security solutions and how they address customer risk exposure and solve key use cases
- Proven understanding of security services engagements, service team management
- Demonstrated experience building and maturing Identity platforms within enterprise organizations
- Expert knowledge of supported practice focused product and services
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with engineering/deploying IAM, CIAM, PAM, MFA, and IGA technologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of one or more IAM, CIAM, PAM, MFA, and or IGA platforms
- Demonstrate a real passion for team technology solutions design and delivery
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and strong ability to build relationships with customers, partners and staff members
- The ability to sell solutions vs technologies
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset

- Ability to resolve and close complex technical and selling situations while supporting competitive selling motions
- Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member

- Ability to influence and lead all aspects of sales cycle and engage appropriate internal and external subject matter experts as needed
- Ability to engage and discuss technical and non-technical concepts and explain complex problems with a wide array of customer audience types including C-Suite, VP/Director, Architect, Engineer and Analyst resources
- Ability to participate and lead demand generation and marketing efforts focused on pipeline generation when needed

- This position requires 25% of travel for customer related meetings, engagements and events
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $175,000 - $250,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
