Our B2B RevOps team is made up of endlessly curious, strategic thinkers and doers. This small team will push each other intellectually and operationally to help implement the most important strategic initiatives within Calm.

What You’ll Do:

You will own and drive our Calm for Business Sales Enablement program. Sales Enablement is a critical part of growing our B2B org-you will drive high-level strategic decision-making across go-to-market, enable the sales team, and add operational rigor across the company. We’re looking for a structured communicator who finds joy in simplifying the complex to develop the training content, curriculum, and programs that enable our salespeople to be successful in their jobs.

  • Own strategy, design, and implementation of Sales Enablement function
  • Work heavily with Sales Management to keep performance as a top priority
  • Build out onboarding training, instruction, and continuous education in our LMS System (Workramp)
  • Own project communications and internal announcements strategy
  • Ensure consistency and create alignment across the B2B Sales and GTM
  • Create a Sales Enablement program utilizing feedback from Sales Management and taking a data-directed approach to understanding areas of greatest need for improvement
  • Ensure ongoing use of courses, learning forums, and other trainings by Sales Leadership and Sales teams
  • Determine Sales collateral needs and build training for the use of collateral
  • Evolve our document management system to keep up with the needs of the team
  • Enable our organization to continue to be highly data driven as we scale
  • Own and maintain LMS System (Workramp)

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales onboarding; high-growth startup experience is preferred
  • Develop strong relationships and build trust with internal teams in order to create alignment among organization
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Workramp (or similar Learning Management System)
  • Process-oriented change management guru
  • Proven track record of guiding cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment; strong project management and operational management skills
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills

The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,800 - $183,100. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidates skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity + comprehensive benefits + 401k + flexible time off
