JOB TITLE: Sr. Researcher - Cyberpsychology

CLEARANCE: Must have current Secret (Tier 3) clearance and the ability to be cleared for a Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on a project tasked with creating an advantage for cyber defenders by exploring novel methods for manipulating attackers. These methods will address the current state of cyber trade craft including cyberpsychology-informed defenses that leverage the attacker's human limitations, innate decision-making biases, and other psychological vulnerabilities. The effectiveness of cyber trade craft will be evaluated via the creation of exercises (e.g., Capture-The-Flag, Hack-The-Box.).

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Master's degree / PhD in computer science, mathematics, or relevant field;
• 2+ years post-graduate experience in cyber operations;
• 2+ years of experience conducting human subject research including all aspects of Institutional Review Board (IRB) submission, experimental design, execution of Human Subjects Research (HSR), and data analysis;
• 2+ years project management experience, and proficiency in program management principles relevant to R&D programs;
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience;
• 2+ years of experience in system integration and software development;
• Experience designing or participating in Capture-the-Flag, or Hack-the-Box events;
• Ethical Hacking certification (e.g., OSCP), or equivalent experience or training;
• Experience with human subject research including large-scale HSR
• Strong experimental design expertise
