JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking a Sr. Business Analyst. This role will have the main responsibility of creating and maintaining all digital and paper banking communications. With direction from the Product owners, Operations and Marketing teams, this role will manage communications and content to ensure compliance, audit capability, accuracy, and consistency of information to create meaningful engagement among current and potential customers. In addition, this role will also need to have and demonstrate Functional Analyst skills to construct requirements for any new or updated communication strategies.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in creating, curating, and maintaining all bank content ensuring compliance, accuracy and consistency of information and branding across all digital platforms
• Ability to maintain both templates and mock-up for complete sign-off
• Become primary SME of the Precisely communication management tool
• Perform user acceptance testing for content produced via the Precisely platform
• Coordinate with all departments to make updates to print and digital content as needed
• Maintain the communication inventory via Precisely Jira and other available project tools
• Produce management reporting pertaining to communications generated via Precisely
• Participate in roundtable discussions and focus groups as needed
• Complete required and recommended educational courses; Follow all rules and regulations as applicable to job function, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act
• All other duties as assigned
