Lexington Home Brands is looking for an experienced Spring Up Operator in our Upholstery Operation in Hildebran, NC.
Offering a $2,500.00 Sign-On Bonus
First Shift Hours: 6:00 am-3:30 pm Monday – Thursday & 6:00 am-10:00 am Fridays

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Installs no sag spring systems in upholstered furniture seat decks per Lexington Home Brands quality standards.
- Installs rubber webbing spring systems in upholstered furniture seat decks per Lexington Home Brands quality standards.
- Installs the materials required for back and arm foundations in upholstered furniture per Lexington Home Brands quality standards.
- Works with the spring up department team to maintain a neat and orderly department.
- Observes standard practices for basic tool maintenance and performs basic maintenance as required.
- Performs other duties as required by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience/Education:
- Minimum 1 year of Spring Up experience required.
Required Skills:
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
- Must be able to lift/remove frames from bucks. Frames can be in excess of 70 lbs.
- Must be able to read tickets and job notes.
- Knowledgeable of all aspects of upholstered furniture spring up operations.
- This position requires manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and attention to detail to meet high quality standards.
- Must perform job with safety as a top priority.
- Must be able to show up to work on-time and take direction from supervisor(s).
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for nine (9) hours or more daily.
- Ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.
- Perform related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
