Responsibilities:
Choose to be an integral part of a team that helps patients achieve their greatest potential and work toward productive, independent lives. The Home Health ST will be responsible for evaluation and treatment of speech therapy patients in the home setting. Prior experience in Home Health and knowledge/use of Homecare Homebase system is preferred but not required. This is a PRN position covering the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Qualifications:
- One year home health experience
- Familiarity with DFW metroplex with dependable vehicle
- VitalStim certification
- Bilingual is a plus
- Current and valid SLP license with CCCs required
- American Heart Association CPR
