Special Judge Job at Supreme Court of Oklahoma
Applications are now being accepted for the position of Special Judge.
Applicants must submit an original and two (2) copies of the following:
- A one page letter expressing the applicant’s reasons for applying for the position;
- A resume, including employment history and residential address (Title 20 O.S. § 122 (1));
- Three references - one from each category is suggested:
- A current or former employer, indicating whether we may contact them;
- A judge or hearing officer, not in Oklahoma County District Court, before whom the applicant has appeared;
- An attorney on the opposing side of a case.
- A photograph of the applicant is helpful and appreciated but not mandatory.
Applications must be received at the office of the Trial Court Administrator, Room 322, Oklahoma County Courthouse by 4:00 PM on January 17, 2023.
Salary and benefits are paid pursuant to State Law and/or Supreme Court order.
Appointment Date is February 1, 2023,
subject to compliance with Title 20 O.S. § 122 (1).
