LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for 70 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

The Position:

Qualified candidates should have the ability to provide special education students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Develop/modify curriculum and prepare/deliver lessons according to Individualized Education Plans. Ability to work in classroom, team, and group capacity. $1,000.00 sign on bonus for fulltime positions.

Qualifications required: college graduate; NJ teacher of students with disabilities certification; experience working with students with learning disabilities.
