We have an exciting opportunity for a new Sourcing Category Manager reporting into the Network Services Sourcing team. We are searching for an individual experienced in Negotiations and Category Management with deep functional knowledge in the Staff Augmentation domain. This individual will play a critical role in the success of Ericsson and our customers through the proactive management of supplier costs, solution validation, and cost savings efforts.

We are seeking a hardworking individual who can engage various business heads and facilitate the prioritization and planning of commercial discussions with 3rd party providers. We are also looking for someone who can support the development of Sourcing strategies that reflect the short and long-term priorities of the business. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, be result oriented, have excellent negotiations skills and be able to build balanced relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Previous experience in Staff Augmentation and/or Sourcing roles as well as knowledge of employment and labor regulations is helpful.

What you will do

• Evaluate and select suppliers for projects
• Develop and implement Staff Augmentation category strategies
• Conduct supplier contract and price negotiations to build more value for Ericsson
• Ensure supplier agreement implementation with accurate contract T&Cs
• Ensure that Sourcing KPIs such as cost reduction and contractual payment dates are met.
• Extracting the best value from suppliers by executing the RFx process.
• Ensure that compliance on Sourcing process follow up is 100%.

You will bring

• Education: 4-year degree with Advanced Degree preferable
• Min years of experience: 3-5 years
• Demonstrated ability in the areas of Staff Augmentation, Sourcing, and negotiations
• Excellent supplier and category management skills
