Summary Description: This position is primarily responsible for the sale of clothing and accessory items to meet our customers’ needs, merchandising our products to attract interest and assisting with inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers in the store
• Develop a rapport with the customers through conversation to understand their needs
• Build trust from the customer through product knowledge and the delivery of accurate information
• Bring the sale to a successful close
• Expand the sale by demonstrating knowledge of accessory and/or related products or warranty agreements as appropriate for the needs of the customer
• Operate the cash register to complete the sale
• Merchandise the store by stocking shelves, counters, or tables with products
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

**Job dependent: No experience necessary as we will train you but there are a few things that will make the job more fun:

• Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
• Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
• Have basic computer skills
• English fluency, written and verbal
• Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds

Wage ranges between $17-$27/per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. The range is Base pay + Commission.
