Principal Responsibilities:

Sid Jacobson JCC (SJJCC) is seeking a bright and empathetic Social Work Supervisor to join our specialized services team. This person will interface with clients and fellow JCC staffers and members and therefore must be articulate and comfortable with phone and in-person communications.

Our ideal candidate will be an engaging compassionate self-starter with a positive outlook, who is able to identity, assess and provide quality care solutions specific to client's individual needs.

• Assess clients and connect to appropriate referrals and resources.
• Facilitate Support Groups
• Organize Workshops & Conferences
• Work closely with community partners
• Outreach
• Home Visits
• Supervise a part- time Social Worker
• Supervise a Social Work Intern
• Maintain statistical reporting
• Administrative assignments as it relates to the department
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• Master licensed social worker
• Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Social Worker

Salary:

$65,000 - $75,000
