About you:

This is the ideal job for a homeschool parent who has a social media presence on TikTok and is looking for flexible work, while expanding access to homeschooling

The time commitment is approximately 4-5 hours a week, though this might increase if we find that we're experiencing success in our TikTok efforts.

We are more interested in finding someone who is passionate and knowledgable about homeschooling, and excited to learn and grow as a social media expert and community leader, than someone who has an extensive resumé.

You don't have to be a homeschool parent, but it is our vast preference.

We would love to find someone with the following qualities

  • Expertise in secular homeschooling (experience homeschooling your own kids definitely counts!)
  • Active presence on TikTok
  • Experience with Canva (good design aesthetic)
  • Self-organized
  • Highly eager to learn and grow
  • Passionate about building an education system that's compassionate, equitable and accessible to all
  • An eye for design (strong visual aesthetic)

This position is approximately 4-5 hours a week. You can set your own hours, but we may have occasional team meetings to connect and brainstorm.

If interested, we would appreciate if you could send us a link to your own TikTok profile, so we can get a sense of how you interact on the platform.
