Job Summary:
Citra is looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department. You will create, monitor, and implement digital content which effectively brings Citra to our community and enhances brand awareness.
What You Will Do:
Support the marketing team in various functions, including graphic and content design
Design social media content which creates customer and community engagement and expands brand awareness.
Drafting, designing, and promoting social media posts through a cohesive and consistent plan
Analyze social media content for wins, gaps, and future planning using multiple metrics to support assessments and presented plans.
Manage social media responses from customers, employees, and the community to address concerns and promote positive feedback.
Create content for multiple marketing and social media initiatives.
Track and report on campaign performances for all social media platforms.
Manage pay-per-click advertising and search engine optimization, providing recommendations based upon actual performance.
Attend/host marketing events, which may occur in the evening or on weekends.
What You Will Bring:
Adobe Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign
Desire to learn and wear multiple hats.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Strong attention to detail
Experience with SEO and Search Engine Marketing platforms, including Google AdWords
Familiarity with key social media channels and using those channels to drive revenue
Experience in marketing tools, from Google analytics to Facebook Ads
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and specifically Excel
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing (or Social Media), or Graphic Design
2+ years of experience in marketing or social media
Healthcare marketing experience preferred
Start-up experience preferred
