About the Volunteer Social Media Coordinator:

The Volunteer Social Media Coordinator will be any candidate with an interest in running Prince, Inc.’s social media channel to fulfill the organization’s mission and programming needs. There will be a focus on building up existing social media channels along with creating new channels that have been identified by the organization. A candidate with the ability to build meaningful content over several different types of social media platforms with different demographics is preferred.

Time Commitment:

An average of 5 hours a month for the duration of however long a candidate can serve. We will work with the candidate's schedule. The amount of hours can be less or more depending on the needs of the organization along with any special projects the organization has throughout the year. The person in this role can also recommend projects to improve social media performance along with enhancing other work being done, along with putting more hours in if in their interest. No in person work is required.

Skill Requirements:

This is an entry level position with no specific set of previous experience required. Candidates will need the ability to independently develop digital content, including videos, motion graphics, and appropriate messaging for target audiences that can be shared through various digital channels, platforms, and devices, while ensuring brand compliance and consistency.

Timeline of Application Process:

The entire interview process will be virtual. The 1st screen will be by phone call, and the final interview will be an on-camera video interview with the Executive Director.

Our services focuses on enriching lives through protection, advocacy, therapy, and education. Prince Inc believes the organization can successfully eradicate the adverse outcomes many youth face due to trauma, by just simply shining a little light.
