Entry level Sidewalk Crew positions do not require any prior experience!
We offer a very competitive compensation package, including:
Competitive Compensation
$16-$25.00 per hour for sidewalk crew shovelers/snow blower operators
$25.00 per hour for Drivers of shoveling crew
$30.00 per hour for Plow/Salt drivers or on-site Skid/loader operators
Operators must have valid driver license and good driving record.
Year round positions available for qualified applicants.

What you can expect in this role at Green Impressions: *
Winter Snow Removal Operations-

• We are currently hiring for on-call snow removal positions.
• Mid-December through mid-February we will be focused on Snow Removal operations.
• Work responsibilities include:
• Sidewalk Crew- hand shoveling, snow blower operation and hand salting.
• Several open positions available (Referrals are welcome!)

• Sidewalk Crew Driver- transporting crew members to various jobsites to lead during snow removal operations.
• All Sidewalk Crew Driver positions currently full

• Operators- Driving plow/salt truck or loader/skid on various sites removing snow.
• All Operator positions currently full

• We service commercial and residential customers in cities such as Amherst, Avon, Avon Lake, Bay Village, Elyria, Lorain, Rocky River, Sheffield Village, Sheffield Lake, Strongsville, Westlake
• Hours will vary based on the amount of Snow we receive during the season. Snow events range anywhere from 4 hours to 20+ hours in duration.
• On call 24/7 including holidays when forecast calls for a snow event.
• Compensation for Snow Removal- $16.50-$26.00 based on experience and position.
• Excellent work for: Roofers, Concrete Laborers, Construction Laborers, Power Washers, Landscapers, Window Washers, Asphalt Laborers, Pool, and Other Summer Activities Workers

• Spring, Summer, and Fall Operations- Slated to resume March 1st.

• Start time Monday-Friday 7:30am, Saturdays as needed. Hours are 35-45+ hours per week, weather depending.
• Under the direction of a Crew Leader, you will work with a crew of 2-3 employees to perform a variety of landscape tasks such as debris and leaf cleanups, pruning, mowing, edging, mulching, etc.
