Site Team Leader Job at Optimae LifeServices
Optimae Lifeservices is hiring a full-time Site Team Leader in Iowa City. The Site Team Leader's duties are based on three areas: coordination of the site, coordination of customer care and designated training of employees. They are to ensure the site is clean and equipped with supplies, ensure staff have all the required materials to do their job effectively, responsible for monthly site schedules, ensures customers have their medications and all medical forms and train new team members.
Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Two years post high school education in a human service related field or two years full-time equivalent experience serving persons with disabilities is preferred.
Must be able to use a computer to do spreadsheets and Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
