Shuttle Driver Job at Eldora Mountain Resort
Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $19.00+/hour, depending on experience. Those with active Commercial Driver's License qualify for $24+/hour, depending on experience.
Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
Requirements:Are you great with customer interaction? Do you have experience driving shuttles, buses, or rideshares? Then this is your position. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to; operating Eldora's in-resort guest shuttles, general Parking responsibilities, maintaining company vehicles, snow removal and drainage control at shuttle stops, and helping other Eldora departments as needed/necessary.
Must have the flexibility and ability to work weekends and holidays during the ski season, must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record. No CDL required, but training opportunities are available.
- Must be able to be able to sit and drive multiple hours a day
- Must be able to work and drive-in all-weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Must be able to work all weekends & holidays
- Must be able to work productively by oneself
- Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass MVR check
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
