Waterman's Marina/Bait Shop Associate Start at $12 + Tips up to $300 per day, paid daily. Must have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and enjoy fast pace work.
As Shop Associate you will be responsible for ensuring an enjoyable experience for all customers in the Marina. You will ensure boats on the boat ramp are quickly on and off the ramp, all customers use the boat ramp safely and efficiently. Boats are fueled safely and quickly removed from the fuel docking area. You will also sell bait, ice, food, drinks and fishing gear.

- Cull bait tanks, package dead bait, and put in freezer
- Pump gas, help with boat docking
- Wash boats
- Fill ice bags, store in freezer
- Keep area clean, empty trash cans
- Work computerized register
- Inventory
- Maintain, Catch, Count, and carry live bait
Requirements:
- Work outdoor in the heat and cold weather
- Have reliable transportation
- Work on shifts, be able to open early at 5 AM and sometimes close at 7 PM
