Shipping/Receiving Clerk Job at Marmon Electrical Industrial Group
A Shipping/ Receiving Clerk coordinates activities of incoming and outgoing shipments. Directs movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas. Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, and records shortages. Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.

- Load trucks
- Unload trucks
- Check incoming materials
- Computer Literate
Position Requirements
1. Ability to work over-time as demand requires
2. Ability to monitor material usage
3. Maintain accurate manufacturing control system paperwork
4. Assist in training new employees
5. Obey all safety rules and company policies
6. Report unusual conditions or defective material to a supervisor
7. Occasionally required to perform various other duties as assigned
8. High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
Able to work well with hands. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.31 - $16.00 per hour
