Automann services its distributors out of (4) US Distribution centers; Monroe Township NJ (HQ), New Lennox IL, Duncanville TX and Ontario CA and (2) distribution centers in Canada: Brampton ON and Edmonton AB.

Summary

We have an immediate need for a Shift Supervisor, (10am-7pm) with a $4,000 sign-on bonus in Monroe Township, NJ with a good sense of urgency in getting product out and satisfying the customer, and experience leading a team of up to 15 Associates.

Responsibilities Include

· Primary vendor interface for UPS and FedEx carriers

· Be a visible floor presence and communicator, ensuring everyone on the team has clarity about what is expected of them

· Work closely with Customer Service to understand pressing service issues and constantly communicate that context back to the team

· Create and follow processes to ensure an inventory control process that is sustainable, and proactively identifies areas for improvement

· Collaborate with other teams in the warehouse to identify bottlenecks and support each other as needed

· Create and develop performance metrics for your staff and provide regular feedback

· Monitor and administer time and attendance for the team including third party staffing partners

· Ensure the safety of your colleagues through setting an example and actively monitoring and coaching safe work practices

· Must be willing to step into execution roles within the team as needed, and work as an individual contributor as well as Supervisor

Key Requirements

· Warehouse Supervisory experience

· Experience with WMS and RFID Scanner a plus

· Excellent organization skills and ability to delegate

· Effective and professional demeanor when engaging customers, employees & vendors

· Ability to adapt and ensure others adapt to rapidly changing environment and priorities

· Strong administrative skills, including use of data and preparation of reports that describe team’s results and outputs is critical

· Bilingual Spanish required

· Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted, occasionally

· Must be able to stand/walk for elongated periods of time
