The Role: (2nd Shift) Shift Leader
As a 2nd Shift, Shift Leader, you will be playing a critical role on the RAPA L.P. Production team. You will lead a dynamic team of Associates and Line Leads while managing operations and driving metrics in critical areas of the Manufacturing floor. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our manufacturing and operations teams, interfacing with Engineering, Maintenance, and Material Flow, to ensure production goals are being met.
Responsibilities:

• Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high quality products against aggressive production targets
• Empower the production team to collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve product manufacturing and line productivity
• Assist in developing training programs and hiring plans for assembly team members
• Support issue resolution including root cause investigation & corrective action tracking
• Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire production process and support no defects from leaving a line or team area
• Develop & maintain Standardized Manufacturing Instructions used in production assembly by the assembly team members
