Join our team at our Byron Center, Michigan location! We're looking a Service Writer to help assist with the following responsibilities!
- Working with Branch Service Manager/Director of Service
- Equipment intake and creating service work orders for Technicians
- Answer & Transfer incoming/outgoing calls
- Daily Time Card/Job Clock Audits
- Technician training schedules & tracking
- Health & safety administration
- Parts Department sales support - Phone & Over-the-counter
- Generating reports
Full-Time
Monday-Friday | 7:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
Plus overtime when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
