Service Team Coordinator (STC) $3768/month, salary exempt

You may be a fit for PCL’s STC. Successful STCs will demonstrate excellent leadership/management skills while leading a team of DSPs who provide services in the homes of people experiencing intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, and potentially co occurring mental illness. In this position, you get to take the unique gifts, preferences, and needs of each person you support as a guide to how to walk in partnership with the person toward a life of opportunity, well-being, freedom, and contribution. You will be a role model, mentor, and ambassador to the team members you work with and people you support. You will get to support people in leading self-directed lives while they participate in their communities.

You Will:

- Gain advanced knowledge of mental health and positive behavioral supports.

- Receive advanced training for this position.

- Be using evidenced-based therapeutic models and environmental change to achieve consistent, stable, and productive supports.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

Wage will be $3,768/month, salary exempt

Retirement, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life for Full Time employees.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Two years of supervisory experience. May substitute one year in the field or an Associate's Degree for one year of experience.

Education/Experience Preferences (not a requirement as this can be trained):

People with knowledge of:

-Critical thinking methods

-Adaptive skill development

-Life skill education

-Positive behavioral support

-Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Job Specific Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Be able to regularly lift a minimum of 25 lbs (some shifts require more)
• Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record
• Must be able to drive own vehicle and be reimbursed for non-commuting mileage
• Be able to be certified with an Individual Focus certificate in Oregon Intervention System (OIS)
• Be able to be certified and maintain certification with First Aid/CPR
• Pass a State/Federal criminal history check
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen for the use of illegal substances in Oregon
• Be fully vaccinated (or willing to become fully vaccinated while completing Orientation) against COVID-19 (subject to limited exemptions based on medical conditions, sincerely held religious beliefs, and/or applicable state laws and regulations)
