As our Service Manager, you will monitor financials and drive our KPI's by implementing action plans resulting in revenue growth in the department. Building a solid team, empowering service employee owners to contribute ideas that will be considered to implement is essential. Coaching and leading by example our Guiding Principles to team members. You will participate with the local community college to recruit Service Technicians. You will work daily with our Service Advisor assisting as needed with invoicing work orders, preparing estimates, and taking customer calls.
