We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Service Advisor for our Automotive Repair Shop. Must be Bilingual and have atleast 1+ years of automotive experience. Saturday Availability is a MUST. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and communicative and knowledgeable about various vehicle brands. Social Meida experience is a PLUS . We are paying $1000 a week + Commission! Schedule is Monday-Saturday 8:30am - 5pm
- Schedule vehicles for service.
- Communicate with customers about service options and costs.
- Explain vehicle features and services to customers.
- Estimate costs in order to determine customer's financing options.
- Explain warranties and maintenance plans to customers.
- Excel , Work Orders, invoices
- End Of Day Report to managment
- Provide advice to customers regarding vehicle maintenance.
- Complete any necessary paperwork related to service.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.
- Answer customers' questions.
- Be friendly and courteous to customers.
