Service Advisor (2nd Shift)
As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealership, we have 13 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin. Come join our hard working, long-standing, and highly reviewed branch in Wright City, MO!

Job Duties:
- Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders
- Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs
- Verify warranty and service contracts as needed
- Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins
- Maintain service records for customers
- Prepare billing invoices for customers

- Knowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL driver's license with clean driving record (preferred)
- 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position
