Server Assistant Job at etta
What You Will Do
- Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guests
- Expedite food from the pass and deliver it to tables
- Set, organize, and restock service area
- Return all items to their zoned location
- Respect guests’ right of way
- Set and reset the dining room as needed for service
- Maintain table settings and cleanliness
- Support the servers and bartenders to ensure that guests are attended to
- Other tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Table
- Must hold a Food Handlers certificate from an ANSI-accredited program and an Alcohol Serving certificate from an ABC-accredited program
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to walk and stand for a 6-8 hour shift
- Ability to clearly articulate guests needs to teammates
- Professional, reliable, friendly, and punctual
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
- Must be able to work flexible hours (need to be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
