• Creating and managing video production and social media projects.
• Capturing footage, editing, and creating promotional video material for events and or ministries.
• Creating, editing, and delegating some video assets for social media, Sunday video announcements, and sermon series bumper material.
• Manage and delegate roles for film projects, and weekly asset creation.
• Maintaining, and organizing all cameras, inventory, and budget requests for the Video Team.
• Filming, editing, and completing projects assigned by the Marketing Director.
• Manage the development of PURSUIT’s Documentary.
• Keeping all video assets organized and easily accessible to the PURSUIT’s server.
• Collaborate with the Design Team on motion graphics or backgrounds.
• Stay up to date on industry trends.
• Attend all staff meetings and required events.
• All other tasks assigned.

• Be committed to the local church and the executive leadership.
• Model a passionate pursuit of the presence of God.
• Be able to pass both local and federal background checks.
• Follow all PURSUIT policies and procedures.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Must be proficient in upkeep and knowledge of Blackmagic cameras, Canon lenses, and other professional equipment.

• Managerial/administrative experience preferred.
• High-school diploma.
• Professional-level skills and experience with people and creative processes.
• Organizational and written skills.
• Entrepreneurial abilities, from big-picture strategy to operational details.
• Ability to lead staff, recruit, develop, and inspire people, set clear expectations and accountability.

We’ve made a decision to live intentionally passionate lives, pursuing the presence of God.Our church started in a barn with no indoor plumbing, no heat, and broken windows. But God was up to something. In 2018, we purchased a former department store building and began a full-scale remodel, converting the space into a multi-use church, preschool/childcare facility, and outreach center where we see God do incredible things week after week.We have always valued the power of teamwork and wouldn’t be here today without the sacrifice of so many amazing people.
