Position Highlights:
. Prepare and submit annual property tax returns and payments to agencies throughout the United States.
. Prepare and submit periodic sales tax returns and payments to various agencies throughout the United States.
. Coordinate federal, state and local income tax returns and filing with external tax preparers.
. Submit annual reports to various states.
. Prepare and submit census report filings.
. Reconcile monthly tax-related general ledger accounts.
. Assist with sales and property tax audits.
. Maintain tax records and exemption certificates.
Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience including thorough working knowledge of GAAP and other applicable requirements and practices.
- Understanding and working knowledge of general accounting
- High proficiency in excel
- Must have strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Must possess desire to grow and advance career with the Company.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and make reasonable decisions based on company policies and practices.
- Able to troubleshoot and solve problems proactively and independently.
- Must be highly adaptable and flexible to ever-changing demands and priorities in a very fast paced environment.
- Flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Finance or related field
- Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field
