GFEBS Tier 2 Help Desk Agent. This position will report to the GFEBS Tier 2 Lead. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 related GFEBS related Tickets
- Support RM related interface Error resolution
- Support RM related Master Data Maintenance
- Collaborate with Team lead to help identify ticket trends and develop related Knowledge Management Articles
- Collaborate with Tier 1 to assist with increased first contact ticket resolution
- Collaborate with Tier 3 on ticket escalation items
Basic Qualifications
- US Citizen – no visa, green card or dual citizenship candidates
- BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of SAP experience (preferred)
- Prior GFEBS and/or GFEBS-SA Spending Chain experience (preferred)
- Helpdesk experience
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in an application maintenance environment
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Articulate, detail-oriented, dedicated and conscientious
- Active Security Clearance
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
