The Hire Mark is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a Construction Company in Los Angeles based out of Beverly Hills.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 90k and up based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience as a project manager with experience in building new construction and full remodels.
Description:
Our client handles 10-15 projects at a time from $10K apartments to $10 million custom homes. The staff is all in-house and growing. They need someone who is used to managing an in-house team and understands the importance of each minute lost or gained.
Remodel and New construction experience are both required.
Requirements would be: read architecture/Structural plan, Be able to perform building inspection, Order materials per plan, Manage schedule of guys working on each job, be able to communicate with clients, time management & time keeping basics and a hungry organized work ethic.
