Senior Program Manager Job at Dark Wolf Solutions
Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be helping to establish and build a presence in the Cape Canaveral area by supporting a large cybersecurity program under an established contract vehicle. Day to day tasks will require blending commercial strategy experience, knowledge of the federal landscape, and PMO support with leading-edge technical capabilities. Dark Wolf is the prime contractor for this effort.
Tasks may include assisting with:
- Managing a team of 20+ personnel to assist the agency in the development and implementation of an innovative, executable, agile strategy to deploy IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services and solutions.
- Leading personnel within the following disciplines: Offensive and defensive cybersecurity, DevOps engineering, A&A process guidance, and strategic communication.
- Interacting with all stakeholders on the program, including engineers, developers, other vendors/contractors, security, and executive level sponsors.
- Assisting with management of subcontractor relationships and documentation, to include approving invoices, coordinating NDA and subcontract documentation, reviewing Monthly Status Reports, and monitoring budgets.
- Managing and producing deliverables for the client in support of cybersecurity services.
- Updating and maintaining project management artifacts, such as, risk registers, budgets, staffing plans, etc.
- Demonstrating creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.
- Identifying and addressing client needs while displaying the ability to contribute to the development of a business vision and manage implementation efforts.
- Managing and/or contributing to project planning.
- Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.

- Managing tactical and strategic project planning efforts to grow the program.
- Traveling to additional program sites across the country.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing projects and/or leading technical teams
- Previous experience working with and leading teams of cybersecurity and platform engineers
- Knowledge and understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Assessment and Authorization process
- Ability to articulate FISMA, FedRAMP levels, and DoD Impact Levels
- Strong customer service, written, and interpersonal skills
- BA/BS degree in a technical or managerial field
- US Citizenship and eligibility for a Secret security clearance or higher level clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional Certification(s)
- Masters degree in a technical field
- Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and typical tools in a pipeline including SAST/DAST, dependency checkers, unit testing frameworks, and code quality checkers
- Deep understanding of cloud environments from major cloud service providers, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience working in a Big Four company environment is a plus
