About You:

Climate Specialist as part of The Mechanical Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial HVAC technician to join our team. With a guaranteed 30 hours per week and competitive pay, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair all types of heating and cooling units, up to 100 Tons, including water source, gas pack, heat pump, ductless, VRF, controls, evap coolers, refrigeration/low temp, hot side kitchen equipment, rack systems, C-store equipment, etc.

- Perform welding and electrical work as needed.

- Use a phone app-based field system management to document and track job progress.

- Cover a rotating weekend on-call schedule once per month.

- Maintain a clean driving record and background.

- Ensure trade-specific tools are readily available for use.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC.

- EPA Universal Certification.

- Knowledge of 460 volt and 3-phase power.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Great customer service skills and a positive attitude.

- Ability to take pride in daily work and provide excellent service.
