The Financial Planning and Analysis team oversees budget and forecast, long-term business plans, capital plans, and financial analysis. In addition, the FP & A acts as a challenging business partner, working closely with each organization at EMobG USA to provide financial and strategic support.

Responsibilities:

• Developing function-level and enterprise-wide annual and long-term budgets
• Developing the annual capital plan and analytical support for capital investment decisions
• Performing complex analyses, such as evaluating labor productivity or growth opportunities
• Analyzing cost trends and resource utilization and developing relevant performance metrics
• Growing profitability and cash flow forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial forecasting models for the function-level and enterprise-wide
• Provides variance analysis and explanation to divisional leadership, senior leadership, and the Finance Department.
• The significant ad-hoc project, budget, and forecast scenario analysis will be required

Requirements:

• BBachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field of study
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of Accounting, Finance, or related experience
• Car rental industry experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and possess good business judgment
• Proficient in Excel and Word-related skills
• Google Sheets and Google docs knowledge, a plus
• Knowledge of tools like Domo is a plus.
