We are seeking a senior business development professional. This is a heavy research and cold call/email position. A typical day will consist of calling multiple leads to find out if they are currently using security guard services OR if they need our services. If they want to know more about what we have to offer -- your task will be to setup a meeting date while you have them on the phone...(just set the meeting then notify our management team after the call). A typical day also consists of loads of online research of properties in the area that may need security. Every time you set a meeting that the prospect holds, you will be paid $50.00 per meeting (on the very next check). Every time a prospect is converted into a NEW customer that came to us based off of you efforts, after 30 days of service you will be paid a $500 bonus per each signing once (on the very next check). If any of your clients renew service with us at the end of their contract, you will be paid $250 (on the very next check after renewal) per site!

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of BD experience is desired. However, if you are shy of the 5 years of experience but you are currently working for another security guard firm in sales, marketing and business development.....feel free to apply.
• Can work in our Newburgh office Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm. 6 hours a day / 30 hours a week to start.

Responsibilities:

• Generating and qualifying your own organic leads. (Online, printed, and in person).
• Nurturing your leads and keeping track of your progress in our CRM system.
• Mailing post cards and flyers to leads.
• Facilitate meetings between the decision maker and our management team.
• Other sales, marketing, and customer service tasks.
• Other general tasks assigned by management.
• Note: Our phone lines are recorded. We also have an automated productivity program that runs on our computers that monitors your level of productivity each day. As we grow, salary will also grow......so please do not blow it!
