Job Description
As a Sr. Analyst, you will work with some of the most important data and processes in our growing company. In this role you will work independently, with direct support from the VP of Finance. Your role will be primarily focused on the hospitality division of Danner Enterprises.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes
- Establish and organize KPIs in line with company directives
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize various daily, weekly, monthly and periodic operational results for use by the executive team
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as assigned
- Understand "if this, then that" scenarios
- Assist with budgets
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills Needed
- 3-5 years of experience in an analyst role (preferably in hospitality)
- Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
- The ability to organize and communicate daily, weekly and monthly on various projects as assigned
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Strong experience with Office applications required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics
- Experience working with budgets
Education
- Bachelor's degree (Preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, economics or a related field)
