POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Analyst, Human Foresight & Analytics, will play a crucial role in analyzing human behavior and culture to identify opportunities and shape Constellation Brand’s future growth strategy. This dynamic position requires a highly collaborative work style to execute research and analyses using cutting-edge techniques to design and deliver insights and recommendations that influence and impact decision-making. The successful candidate will work with other team members to synthesize data into compelling stories that drive business priorities with a focus on current and future human needs.
This position also requires influencing skills to accelerate the adoption of insights throughout the organization to drive growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for identifying and articulating human behavior and trends and be able to consider how they impact the future. The role offers the opportunity to work with the team that guides Constellation Brands to act on the opportunities created by the evolving human behavior that is disrupting every industry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Collaborate with various teams to deliver holistic stories and insights that answer strategic business questions.
Use innate curiosity to connect the dots across humans, shoppers, trends, and analytics to drive impact.
Assist in executing multiple research and analytics projects and share insights and recommendations in a strategic manner that focuses on actionability and future growth.
Identify new methodologies, tools, and data sources that can efficiently extract insights to inform business decisions and inspire the organization to think differently about how to approach human insights.
Develop collaborative partnerships with internal and external business partners, including vendors, to establish a high standard of research in methodologies, service, and analysis.
Access and interpret secondary data from Constellation's toolboxes, as well as custom research, to answer strategic business questions and facilitate the use of these tools across the organization.
Contribute to learning plan development to uncover unmet human needs, cultural shifts, and forward-looking trends that inform prioritized initiatives, business and corporate strategy, innovation platforms, and leadership decisions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
This role is multi-faceted and requires analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skill sets:
4+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Insights, Analytics, or Consulting, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Marketing Research, or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Anthropology, Behavioral/Cognitive Science)
Experience leading custom research (qualitative and quantitative), executing research and analysis in an agile manner at pace through a strategic lens, and mining syndicated databases
Ability to weave disparate data sources into a meaningful story to unlock new business opportunities and growth for the enterprise, and to translate results from analyses into insights story-telling and actionable recommendations
Excellent communication, presentation, and data presentation skills that drive action, inspiring others to innovate, and collaborating cross-functionally to develop ideas and strategies for a common goal
A strategic and creative thinker who can identify problems and effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
Well-grounded in the fundamentals of qualitative and quantitative research tools, including custom and syndicated market intelligence sources, as well as long-established and emerging research methodologies
Exceptional organization, prioritization, project management, and PC skills (MS Office suite) and experience with syndicated databases (Circana (IRI), Nielsen, Numerator)
Highly motivated with the desire to grow within the organization and a genuine passion for the alcohol industry
A proven collaborator and great listener who strives to continuously improve ways of working and possesses a flexible workstyle that can adapt to prevailing circumstances, ever-changing needs, evolving business questions, and various workstyles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Natural curiosity; especially from psychological and anthropological perspective
Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods or Beverage Alcohol industries
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Human Foresight & Analytics
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Insights & InnovationThe salary range for this role is:
$90,100.00 - $163,400.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
