The Operations Senior Advisor/ Ops Ninja will split their time between managing foundational rebuilding projects and special ops projects centered on helping us design, develop, implement, and manage scalable systems and processes to meet rapid growth within the Home-Based Care business. This fast-paced role will have exposure across the enterprise and will drive the planning and execution of projects/programs that support operational readiness of new and expanded products, processes and services. The ideal candidate will be skilled at assessing details while also understanding how they drive the strategy and bigger picture to deliver high-quality, on-time results. What you must have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management, project management, program development, or similar, preferably in healthcare.
Project management skills with focus on continuous improvement in operations.
Business generalist - capable of handling a wide range of situations and conversations, including building cross-functional relationships, creative problem solving, leading internal initiatives, and communicating effectively.
History of success managing cross-functional projects/programs/initiatives of increasing scope.
Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives, achieve buy-in, and solve problems
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.
Coordinates and communicates effectively with other team leaders and upper management to understand business goals and anticipated work volumes.
Builds presentations to assist in communicating project/program strategy, alignment of stakeholders and reporting status, budget, and/or timelines.
Understand & articulate project goals, develop reasonable project schedules, coordinate scheduling with key partners, and manage stakeholder expectations, keeping all informed and up to date.
Develop and execute detailed processes and task lists; use best practices and tools to efficiently track, delegate, and ensure completion.
Monitor project risks and develop/implement mitigation strategies in real time.
Identify opportunities to deliver an even better experience for all stakeholders - patients, providers, matrix partners, and external customers.
Improve our internal Playbooks including key processes around customer engagement, quality, onboarding, customer and vendor operations, new market entry, and other areas of operational opportunities.
Identifies and facilitates the design, development, and implementation of new business and/or operational controls, performance metrics, and business processes.
Rigorously make our systems and processes better, more efficient, and more scalable; implement business process automation whenever possible.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 92,800 - 154,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
