Technical Services Representative – NAVCO Security Systems

The Position: We’re currently searching for a Security Systems Installer to join our team in the Northeast Ohio area. This position will be installing the latest in cutting edge technology for our large client base throughout the state and surrounding areas - NAVCO’s client base is all commercial with zero residential work. * We offer a 40-hour work week, overtime eligibility, a company vehicle with fuel and maintenance cards, a company laptop and cell-phone, specialized tools, and a great work environment with awesome co-workers.

• Work week consists of Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM with occasional after-hours work, early hours and weekend work.

Requirements: * Able to pass a background check and DMV driving record check

• Positive attitude with the willingness to take on new challenges and learn new technologies
• Experience with NVR systems (March Networks, OpenEye, Verint, Avigilon)
• Experience with alarm systems (DMP, Bosch, Honeywell & GE Interlogix)
• Experience with IP and analog cameras
• Experience with wire installation and termination (Coaxial, CAT5/6, low voltage power wire)
• Some exposure to access control systems preferred (Lenel, Hirsch, S2, IEI, Brivo & Keyscan)
• Understanding of computerized systems and basic networking

Responsibilities: * Complete installations for clients throughout the state

• Inventory control and accountability for stock levels in designated warehouse
• Working on an individual basis or as part of a team
