Come join the RoughRiders Game Day staff for the 2022 season! We have a variety of positions open and are looking for fun, charismatic staff to fill them. Job descriptions are listed below.

Ushers Ushers are responsible for developing a friendly relationship with the customers in their section. Ushers should check the location on the customer’s ticket and escort them to their seats or direct them to another section. Ushers must also familiarize themselves with all customer service operations so they may guide our customers to their particular need.
Ticket Takers The Ticket Takers will greet each customer that comes through the gates at the ballpark. The ticket takers will scan tickets and direct customers toward the appropriate section.
Riders Outpost Team Store Sales Associates
Essential Job Duties:
- Greets and acknowledges guests.
- Answers guests’ questions and assists them whenever possible.
- Recommends, selects and helps locate or obtain merchandise for guests.
- Processes sale with appropriate point of sale system, accepts payment, counts change and bags merchandise.
- Follows all register procedures and handles cash accordingly.
- Exchanges merchandise for guests and processes returns, with approval of supervisor
- Ensures that all merchandise is correctly labeled and displayed.
- Routinely stocks merchandise and faces items on shelves.
- Maintains a clean and organized store or stand.
- Sets aside and notifies supervisor of defective, mismarked, mislabeled, incorrectly priced, shopworn or damaged merchandise.
- Watches for and recognizes security risks and thefts and reports to security and management
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Please Note: Even if hired for one position, you may occasionally be required to work another position during a game.

The franchise has led Double-A baseball in attendance each season, and under new ownership and leadership for the 2015 season welcomed the three-largest and 7 of the top 9 crowds in team history. The RoughRiders also completely overhauled the game entertainment experience at Dr Pepper Ballpark prior to the 2015 season, installing a massive 2,700 square foot Daktronics HD video board, new outfield wall LED display boards, state-of-the-art control room and a newly-designed sound system. After unveiling new logos, team colors and uniforms before the 2015 season, the RoughRiders became one of the biggest merchandise sellers in all of Minor League Baseball.
