SALARY: $18.50/hr

Must be available to work all shifts on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, for 5-7 days per week. Shifts may be 8-12 hours.

Shifts include – Afternoons: 3PM to 11PM; Midnights: 11PM to 7AM; Days: 7AM to 3PM (For training only)

Seasonal employees are limited to working hours during the period of May 1st through September 30th, with the expectation of training. Seasonal employment at the Cartersville Brewery will end on September 30th with a potential for further part-time or full-time work.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Seasonal employees at Anheuser-Busch are a vital temporary workforce that we train for the busiest months of the year. Production and Brewing Seasonal roles help pump out the volume working with high speed, automated technology alongside our full-time operators. Safety first, quality always. Seasonal employees are a critical part of our workforce: supervising quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we’re operating at our best over the peak season!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to perform basic troubleshooting communication at all levels.

Operate filling and packing equipment, load materials onto machinery, and load cases and kegs onto pallets for shipment.

Operate a fork truck loading material and product onto trailers.

Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures, safety, and sanitation practices are followed.

Conduct process quality control checks.

Ensure accurate time stamping and labeling occurs for all products.

Clean production lines and work areas of the facility to maintain strict food plant sanitation standards.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED Required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
-
Able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
-
Able to continuously stand, bend twist and lift items up to 50 pounds required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
