We are seeking a part-time Seasonal Administrative Assistant to work in our Lake Ronkonkoma, NY tax office through April 15, 2023. For consideration, please send cover letter and resume. The hourly rate range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering a high volume of telephone calls
- Data Entry
- Filing, copying, collating
- Other duties as assigned by the Tax Branch Manager
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment with experience handling a high volume of telephone calls
- Ability to multitask and think independently
- Strong administrative, computer and customer service skills are essential
- UltraTax and CS Practice experience preferred
