CSI is looking to add self-starting and eager individuals to fill out our amazing production staff. We are looking for a screen print operator/production assistant that can also be cross-trained around the shop to help with production/shipping. There is no experience needed, but it does help to have experience in this field. We are flexible with the position role depending on your skillset! Our shop is also climate controlled and only hits 75 degrees inside on the hottest days in Eastern, NC!

*We do offer quarterly and end of year bonuses! We do offer health insurance and soon to offer 401K benefits. The hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:30 and Friday 7:30-11:30.

We're a rapidly growing, high-end screen printing and embroidery shop that handles everything from 24-piece jobs to 10,000-piece jobs. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for certain tasks that happens on the production side of the business, with a focus on increasing our efficiency. The perfect candidate for this position wants to make amazing shirts, and has great attention to detail. This person will be focused on producing consistent, accurate, and high-quality work. There is plenty of room to growth in our company! For those experienced with running an automated screen printing press, the position will be paid higher to begin with. 2-3 years minimum is preferred as a press operator/screen tech to jump right in operating the press.

Screen Printing: ROQ Next P14, Tesoma Gas Dryer, Computer to Screen, Auto Coater, Auto Ink Mixers and more.

Embroidery + Finishing: Barudan Machines, Bartacker, Post Bed

Sublimation + Laser Engraving, Heat Pressing, HTV

Screen Print Assistant/Quality Control responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading the press.
• Mixing Ink.
• Creating/burning screens.
• Coating screens.
• Setup/teardown jobs.
• Aid in incoming/outgoing shipping.
• Catching and organizing all printed apparel at the end of dryer.
• Identify and troubleshoot common printing errors and registration mistakes.
• Perform the final count on all work orders and complete each job.
• Clean equipment, work area, and machinery daily.
• Miscellaneous tasks could be assigned, such as garment counting, breaking down jobs, printing prep, etc.

Job Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast moving, highly physical environment.
• Strong math and counting skills. All orders require final counts - we strive to get this right every time, every client.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40lbs.
• Regularly stand of long periods of time while reaching and pulling with hands and arms.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and loud industrial machines.
