Sanitation Manager Job at Taylor Farms Tennessee
Job Responsibilities:
· Work 3rd shift hours, approximately 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily but flexibility is needed day to day as well as weekends, as necessary.
· Manage Sanitation team training, performance, safety, records, chemicals and equipment
· Schedule, coordinate and oversee daily job assignments
· Maintain and/or oversee cleaning records with attention to detail in accuracy and completeness, daily
· Observe and enforce all GMP’s, OSHA and company Food Safety policies and procedures
· Work with QA during daily pre-operation inspections to follow up on issues of concern
· Interact with QA, Maintenance, Shipping, Receiving and Production departments as necessary to address cleaning needs and to receive support where required.
· Communicate with Director of Food Safety and Sanitation Team to track and improve sanitation-related KPI’s.
· Oversee and enforce proper use of PPE and equipment.
· Understand, manage and enforce all policies described within Master Sanitation Program and related SSOP’s.
