Salon Assistant Job at Urban Lotus Hair Salon
The Shampoo Assistant is the strongest position in Urban Lotus Hair Salon’s experience MISSION. This person’s job is to uphold and aid in the fulfillment of the Urban Lotus Hair Salon Mission Statement. The Salon assistant has the first physical contact with our guests.
Basic Function:
To assist management, other team members, and clients as directed to ensure the smooth running of Urban Lotus Hair Salon and the comfort of clients at all times.
This includes beginning the service with shampooing our guests, sales of retail products, upsells of Salon services, & cleaning and upkeep of Urban Lotus Hair Salon. done.
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: GA Cosmotology License
Experience:
Required: Two or more years of experience in a retail and/or service industry, with a heavy concentration on customer service and/or sales
Responsibilities
You will be trained and have responsibilities in the following: service skills, cleaning duties, laundry, the making, and presentation of refreshments, draping guests, basic product knowledge, the range of services and prices we offer, shampooing, massage, treatment application, basic color gloss application, communication skills, facilities maintenance, health and safety issues.
