SalesForce Help Desk Support Specialist Job at American National University

$15 - $20 an hour

Salesforce Helpdesk

· Familiarity and working knowledge of AWS Connect and SalesForce.

· Helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions

· Monitoring the indexes at regular intervals for better performance

· Experience in using SQL Server Profiler, SQL Server Agent, and Database Engine Tuning Advisor(DTA)

· Manage software support staff

· Provide user support

· Create logins for new users

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
