Thank you for taking the opportunity to view our opening for a Business-to-Business Sales Representative position out of our Northern Los Angeles office located in the West San Fernando Valley. As the B2B Sales Representative you will identify and build client relationships, nurture, research, develop, and establish business relationships with prospective buyers of our A.I. Technology based Security Services. Your primary goal will be to identify potential clients, setting up appointments, doing a job walkand/or writing responses to requests for proposals.
You should be able to:
- Initiate and follow up on a potential client, scheduling a job walk and/or giving them a demonstration of our virtual guarding units thru a digital proposal.
- Understand client needs and offer A.I. solutions based on wants/needs and support.
- Researching potential leads from past or current businesses thru digital resources.
- Lead nurturing and qualifying using a digital campaign and building a sales funnel.
- Attend sales appointments, educating potential clients on the company's services and maintaining a database of prospective client contact history and future activities.
- Create opportunities or sales out of canvassing, cold calling or digital marketing.
- Plan and prepare video or other digital presentations for sales calls.
- Answer sales calls and/or address client complaints.
- Turn customers into long term clients by constant contact, meetings and client appreciation strategies.
You should have the following:
- Strong customer service skills and pleasing personality
- Business to Business (B2B) product sales experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to call, connect and interact with potential clients
- Excellent experience and success selling business products to decision makers
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude
- Strong email, grammar and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close using our CRM
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, outgoing, and a friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
