Sales Representative Job at Trinity Metal Buildings & Supplies
Trinity Metal Buildings and Supplies, Inc. is located just outside of Slocomb, AL and manufactures custom metal buildings. Since 1998 we have been constructing commercial, industrial, residential, and agricultural buildings. The buildings are built to customer specifications and can be engineered when needed or required.
We are looking for a skilled and highly-motivated sales-person to take daily calls and emails from prospective customers requesting prices on our buildings and materials. We use software we created to figure the pricing and provide all needed tools and training to correctly quote our jobs. It is key to maintain a good relationship with customers, maintain communication, and reply in timely manners. The ideal candidate will be organized and have knowledge of metal buildings with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to-
- Speaking with customers
- Following through the job from start to finish
- Meeting customers at job sites
- Quoting buildings with our designed software
- Explaining services offered to customers
- Consulting
- Understanding customer needs
- Creating change orders as needed for clarifications or changes
Requirements-
- Must have 2 years of sales experience
- Must have knowledge of metal buildings
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred 3 years experience with metal/steel
- Willing to travel to job sites when needed
Pay/Hours/Benefits-
- Starting pay $25/hr depending on experience
- Monday-Thursday 8a-4:30p Friday 8am-11:30am
- BCBS of AL offered
- Paid vacation days as scheduled
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
