Renuity Coatings and Garage Systems is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives for our expansion throughout VA, MD, and DC!

Seeking representatives in the Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax areas.

This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position: your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Average annual earnings are between $100,000 to $150,000 per year, and top performers make upwards of $200K.

Responsibilities:
As a professional outside sales consultant, you’ll be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive presentations that will refine your communication skills and negotiation tactics to excel in this role. To set you up for success, our marketing teams supply you with pre-qualified leads. We do the legwork - You do not have to generate your own clients. We'll train you well and give you the support that you need to grow. We will train you thoroughly and quickly. Then, we'll watch you earn more money than you thought possible at this stage of your career.

What You’ll Do:
  • Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
  • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
  • Promote company products and services
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:

  • Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
  • Previous experience in outside sales or sales in the following industries: car sales, HVAC, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales - a plus!
  • Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline
  • An open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Approachable demeanor
  • Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
